Step 1: Inspect Your Kit

As soon as your kit arrives, open it and check that all items are included and in good condition. Your kit should contain:

• 2x DJI Action 5 Pro Cameras

• 2x DJI Mini Mics

• 2x Tripod handles/grips

• Instruction cards & filming tips flyer

Step 2: Report Any Damage Immediately

If any items are missing or damaged, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with:

• Your order details

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged items

Step 3: Getting a Replacement

If your kit is damaged in transit, we’ll do our best to send a replacement kit in time for your wedding. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll work with you to find a solution.
