Step 1: Check Your Tracking Information

Your first step should be to check your tracking link (found in your shipping confirmation email). This will show:

• Estimated delivery date – See when your kit is scheduled to arrive.

• Current location – Check if it’s still in transit.

• Delivery status – If there was a missed delivery attempt, the courier may have rearranged delivery or left it at a collection point.

Step 2: Check for Missed Delivery

If your tracking shows that delivery was attempted but wasn’t successful:

• Look for a delivery notice – They may have left a card with instructions.

• Check with your local delivery office – Your kit might be waiting for collection.

• See if delivery has been rescheduled – The tracking page should show if another attempt will be made.

Step 3: Contact Us

If your kit still hasn’t been delivered and there are no updates on tracking, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to send a replacement kit in time for your wedding.
