You can update your address any time before your kit has been shipped. Once it’s on the way, we won’t be able to make changes.

How to Update Your Address

1. Check Your Order Status

   • Check your order confirmation email to see if your kit has shipped.

2. Contact Us ASAP

   • If your kit hasn’t shipped yet, send us an email at [email protected] with your new address.

3. Receive Confirmation

   • We’ll confirm the change via email once it’s updated in our system.

What If My Kit Has Already Shipped?

If your kit is already on its way, don’t worry! Here’s what you can do:

• Check the tracking: Depending on the courier, you may be able to redirect the delivery to another pick up location.

• Contact Us: We’ll do our best to help, but unfortunately, address changes can’t be made after shipping.
