🚨 Lost, Damaged, or Malfunctioning Equipment – What To Do

We understand that accidents and tech hiccups can happen! Whether it’s a camera, mic, or even the full kit, here’s what you should do if something goes wrong during your rental.


🔧 If You’ve Damaged Any Equipment

Please stop using the item immediately. Using damaged equipment can be unsafe and may cause further harm to the gear—or worse, injury.

✅ What to do next:

  1. Collect all parts of the damaged item—yes, even the small bits.

  2. Place them back in the case securely. Keeping everything together helps us assess the damage properly.

  3. Do not try to fix it yourself.

  4. Email us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Include a quick description of what happened (photos are helpful but optional).

Note: Damage and liability terms apply. We'll follow up with you to confirm next steps and discuss any repayments or replacement costs—if needed.

Sometimes items go missing in the chaos of a shoot. If this happens:
